The fundamentals of implementing sustainable change and creating a Performance Culture™ are inherent in the SAMI APDISC Process. APDISC defines the sequence of distinct phases of activity and the targeted participants. The structure of the process is designed to develop alignment and ownership at all levels of the organization.
APDISC can be applied individually or concurrently on all of the SAMI Pyramid. Assess and Plan can be performed individually for single site operations or as integrated components of an Operational Strategic Performance Plan. Design, Install, Sustain and Certify are all components of Implementation and they make up a continuous improvement cycle for each stage of the functional models.
