Once the design phase is complete the “hot core” team then shifts the direction to the installation of the new processes. Detailed training to materials developed during the design at all levels of the organization, coaching new behaviors, and implementing a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) network begins to engage the rest of the workforce.
The Design Team members now act as Coaches to the organization. Process Champions are selected at the supervisor level and drive changes in their respective functions. Along with Consultants and Coaches, the Champions form a triumvirate we call the “3 C’s”. Each element of the redesigned process is introduced step by step in conjunction with detailed training and coaching. This ensures a thorough understanding and sets the stage for sustained behavior change.
